The 2022/23 Scottish Premiership fixtures are out, but Hearts fans should expect some changes to their schedule.
The Jambos kick off the home campaign in Ross County in late July, but from mid-August they will play Thursday-Sunday until at least November.
Robbie Neilson guided his side to a comfortable third place finish last season and, through their appearance in the Scottish Cup final, guaranteed European group stage football.
They enter the Europa League play-off round, leaving just 180 minutes in the lucrative group stage.
There is a safety net in place though, as they will fall straight into the same Europa Conference league stage if they are knocked out.
It will still earn them £3.5million in revenue.
But finishing off the best of the rest again might prove trickier given Hearts’ extra workload.
A number of games will have to be moved due to their commitments on the continent, with the Jambos facing a busy schedule in the second half of 2022.
