Trinity Capital Advisors has signed leases with two new tenants at Toringdon Office Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. AAA – The Auto Club Group (ACG) will occupy 28,740 square feet at Toringdon 4 (3426 Toringdon Way) while New Era Technology recently moved into 10,683 square feet at Toringdon 6 (3530 Toringdon Way). Additionally, at Toringdon 4, Trinity Capital recently completed $2.3 million in improvements, including major lobby renovations and updates to the exterior facade.

The Auto Club Group, headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, is the second largest AAA club in North America with over 13 million members in 14 US states, the province of Quebec and two US territories. ACG will occupy a significant percentage of our business center, positioning the business to better serve the needs of this growing region.
Robby Kirby, Senior Vice President at MPV Properties represented the tenant. Rhea Greene, Jennifer Kurz and Chase Merkel with Trinity Partners represented the owner.
At Toringdon 4, recently completed renovations include a complete lobby makeover featuring a chill-out zone with plush seating and furniture for collaboration and connection, a coffee bar and updated restrooms. In addition, the entrance facade of the building has been completely renovated and now also includes an outdoor seating area. Trinity Capital also delivered a pre-built office suite of 10,563 with high-end modern finishes, open space and private offices as well as a large conference room and kitchen/breakout room.
Near Toringdon 6, New Era Technology has recently moved into its new space. The company is a global technology solutions provider, serving as a trusted advisor to more than 12,000 customers worldwide. New Era provides solutions and services to various industries, including global enterprises, banking and finance, smart buildings and IoT, healthcare, education and government. The company needed an operations center and wanted to be present in the Charlotte area, a place where they wanted to expand. New Era currently has 40 employees.
Both tenants will be able to take advantage of Bloom, a new service at Toringdon Office Park which was recently introduced by Trinity Partners. It is a tenant experience and activation program offering unique community programming, space rental opportunities and brings local and unique on-site experiences like movie and game nights, fitness classes and pop-up shops.
